Importing Third Party Test Scores into EADMS

We can import scores into your EADMS database from tests administered outside of EADMS (State/National tests or 3rd Party Vendor tests). Below are the essential guidelines for importing scores from outside sources.

State & National Tests:

Please upload your original, unaltered score file from state/national agency to your EADMS FTP site (into the State-Assessment folder in TestScoresData folder). Please email support@eadms.com after uploading. We do not receive automatic emails from the server, so emailing us is key to getting your file imported.

iReady and STAR

We have established relationships with iReady (Curriculum Associates) and STAR (Renaissance Learning) where your scores get sent directly to us. Click below for the specific instructions for each vendor:

Other Common 3rd Party Vendor Imports

Below are common tests we import within 2-4 weeks if you send the raw, original file from the vendor. Click below for the specific instructions for each test:

Custom Imports

If you wish to send us test scores not mentioned here, please contact your Implementation Manager. If you send test scores we have imported before but in a different format than the required, we will request you re-export them in the required format. Contact your EADMS Customer Success Manager to get our Generic Score File Template, which shows the required fields and formats.

Upload Score Files

Please upload your score file(s) to your EADMS FTP site into the “Other Assessments” folder in TestScoresData folder. Please create/name folder specific to vendor test you are wanting to import. Please email ioassessment@illuminateed.net after uploading. We do not receive automatic emails from the server, so mailing us is key to getting your scores imported.
