Inputting Past State Test Scores for Student New to Your District

If you would like to be able to enter state test scores for students who are new to
your district, please contact your iO Assessment Customer Success Manager and
we will set up Input Score Sets for state tests (currently limited to CELDT scores).
We will enable Site or District-level only access, meaning teacher-level users will
not be able to enter these scores.
1. Once setup, Site or District-level users will follow the steps detailed in help doc
titled e – iO Assessment 101 – Input Scores for your students. The only
difference is on the first screen where you are to select your Student Group,
you will need to expand the Filter Individual Students section and select the
specific student for whom you would like to enter scores.




2. Next click Select for the appropriate Test:



3. Lastly, enter the scores in each respective field by clicking in the boxes.
