Bulk Test-Managing Tools

With the new Bulk Test-Managing Tools, you can now mass schedule tests and mass apply cutpoints. Only Admin level logins can access this screen.

Bulk Test-Management Tools 

Search for your test in one of two ways. You can either use the Test Search field
by typing in your test name, or test ID and click Search, or by using Content Area,
and/or Test Level (grade) but the easiest way to search for pre-made tests is by
Category.

Give your administration a name and choose a start and end date.
You can administer most tests both online and with a scan sheet.
However, if a test contains any online only items the Scan Sheet and Both options will not be available for selection and the test cannot be administered with a scan sheet.
Choosing Online Only or Both under Type will open up more options for online
testing. If you don’t want the questions to shuffle randomly, you can uncheck Shuffle
Items.

You can add the following features for your students:

Universal Tools – Available to all Students:
• Strikethrough (i.e. students can do this to eliminate poor answer choices)
• Notepad (not seen or scored by adults)
 

*Designated Support:
• Text to Speech – The student can have the question read aloud.
*Accommodation:
• Text to Speech – The student can have the question AND answer choices read
aloud
*NOTE: To enable either of these for students, please make sure your IO Assessment System Administrator has added specific students to the Online Testing “Designated Supports” or “Accommodations” group on the Custom Class Manager.

When done, Click Create Administration Windows

You can also bulk-apply specific cutpoints to your selected tests.
