Q ONGOING USER MAINTENANCE USER ACCOUNT UTILITY

These instructions will help you with maintaining your Q to EADMS set-up. We highly
recommend that you revisit these instructions at least annually.

Q API

•  Users with class rosters (classroom teachers)
        o Teacher accounts in EADMS follow their students automatically. EADMS
            requests missing Teacher accounts from Q. These are teacher accounts that do not have an              EADMS User ID in Q. If there are bad IDs in the table (like 0 or negative values), they will not              come back as “missing” and thus will not be updated automatically.
• Users without class rosters (principals, district admin, TOSAs, literacy specialists, counselors)

              o Either Mass Update (via user file sent by district) or Manually add/update via
User Account Utility.

• Updating Accounts Manually or Creating New Accounts in EADMS
  EADMS admin can manually update Q username in EADMS (to sync accounts). Go to User
  Account Utility > click Username > update Q information. Make sure that the FUniq is in the
  District Username field. This is usually a number. For example:
