Cumulative Standards Report - The 'Report Card Helper'

These instructions will help you access the Cumulative Standards report, which can inform how you fill out standards-based report cards for students. For a standard set like CCSS ELA or Math, this report will pull data from ALL the assessments your students have taken in iO Assessment for a given school year. So, if you want to see how students have done on Standard X over the course of all assessments, this report will display that data. 

Click this Tile 

OR

Click Reports > Group Reports > Cumulative Standards Report

Select a student roster and click Generate Report.

You can change the content area by clicking the drop-down menu. 

The report will show the student roster along the left , the strands and standards assessed throughout the school year for the chosen content area, and how each student scored on each respective standard cumulatively across all tests. 

Click Show Advanced.

You can change the date range for which you want to see student results. You can also select/de-select the actual tests and/or standards to appear on the report. Click Apply when done.
