Users can build a report that displays a mixture of summative and interim CAASPP from multiple years. Further, users can add data from other State assessments as wells as local assessments in order to generate a longitudinal, multi-measure report.
Click this Tile
Click Reports > Group Reports > Report Builder
Select a student group (either Regular or Custom Classroom), then click Next.
To find SBAC summative data, change the school year to “All” AND change the test category to SBAC Summative All Grades (under CAASPP).
Put a check in the box next to the test(s) you wish to view. To add Claims to the report, click Show strands/skill Areas, put a check in the box next to those you want, and click Generate Report.
Change the category to CELDT (under State Tests) if you wish to add this type of data. Change the category to “ALL” to grab local test results.
Tip: Click Show Advanced to add student demographic data to your report, to sort it, and apply other filters. Doing so will yield a report such as this:
You can change the student group, change the tests selected, send the report to PDF or Excel, and save it for yourself and others by clicking these icons.
