This feature allows you to push test results from iO Assessment directly into your Q gradebook.
In Q, add the assignment in your Gradebook like you normally would.
In iO Assessment, Click this Tile
OR
Click Testing > Push to Gradebook
Under the Push to Gradebook column, click the black teardrop icon next to the test you want.
Select the gradebook and assignment that will be receiving the data from iO Assessment
If you are not using Input by Standards in Q, click Push to Gradebook.
If you are using Input by Standards in Q, review the following page first.
You will first need to attach standards to your assignment in Q. Please contact your Q administrator for assistance, if needed. You will then need to link the standards from your iO Assessment test to those on your Q Assignment.
For example:
iO Assessment Test has standards: A, B, C, D Q
Assignment has standards: X, Y, Z
Presumably, these standards would be related to one another (otherwise you wouldn’t be trying to push this test to that assignment). You would see the standards listed and map appropriately (let’s say we don’t really care about standard B in the test):
A → X
C → Y
D → Z
Any unmapped standards will not be sent over to Q (and that is just fine). If you do not want to count that standard in the assignment, that is legitimate. Not all standards need to be mapped. The only thing that matters is that there is a one- to-one relationship between the standards in iO Assessment and Q.
You wouldn’t want to do something like:
A → X
B → X
C → X
This would probably just overwrite itself and the results would be C in the X standard of the assignment.
You can select the standards you want to push/not push here. Once complete, click Push to Gradebook.
