Downloading/Importing SBAC IAB and ICA Data

This tutorial will assist you in downloading SBAC Interim scores (IAB and ICA) from the CAASPP Portal for the purpose of uploading them to your IO Assessment ftp site.
Student data files for the annual administration of the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) are in .csv format. When opening and/or saving this file, please do not edit the document in any way.
You can download your student data file from the CAASPP Portal at
www.caaspp.org. Click Smarter Balanced Interim Assessments:

 Select Student assessment results and click Download

Select and download all the CSV files for each respective grade for ELA and Math.

Once you have downloaded your file, upload it to your iO Assessment FTP folder
and send an alert email to support@eadms.com.
