Online Testing for Homeschool and Home Hospital Students

These instructions will help you monitor your students’ progress on your online.

Request:
The district makes the request to iO Assessment Support to setup online testing
for Homeschool students.

Custom URL:
iO Assessment Support will provide a separate url (web address) for students to
login into at home. The district generally places it on their district website.

Usernames and Passwords:
iO Assessment will generate usernames and passwords for students to access the
site. We will add them to the enrollment file and provide file back to the district.
• Username: FirstNameLastName### (last three numbers of their student
ID)...for example peterwhitmore123
• Password: DOB with no extra zeros at the beginning and with a 4-digit
year... for example 3142009 (3/14/2009)

Test Access:
District shares usernames and passwords with appropriate students. Students
login, select and take test.
