Administering a Proctored Test

These instructions will help a user find a test and administer it online using a Session ID.

Click this Tile OR

Go to Testing > Administer Test Online

Search for your test, by either using the Filters, and/or the Search field by typing in your test name, or the test ID then click Search.

If the test does not show up in this list, it either has not been scheduled for administration as of today’s date or has not been set up as a proctored online test.

Click Select.

Select Administer Test click OK. You can also choose to Preview the test

This will generate a Session ID which the students will use, along with their Student ID to log into the test. The Session ID will expire after the time to log in has past. You can increase the timer in minutes by typing in how long you'd like the session ID to last into the text box. (As an example 3days x 24hrs x 60mins = 4,320 mins)

You can generate a new Session ID if you choose to let students log in after the time entered has expired. Click Start Session again.
