The EADMS Assessment department can create assessments customized to a district’s needs, whether it be recreating publisher assessments so students can take them in EADMS, writing custom items/questions based on your specifications, or building one-on-one assessments for primary grades.
The first step to instigate this process is to consult with your district’s EADMS
Implementation Manager, who can guide you to the best solution and advise you
of potential costs and time allotment.
Once an agreement has been made on timeline and cost (if applicable), districts should follow these guidelines when submitting test items to be created:
1) To help us build your tests in a timely manner, please send all Test Creation requests to support@eadms.com.
a. Be sure to CC your Implementation Manager as well.
b. Each test should be in a separate email along with all documents needed to be attached.
2) Because these emails will be going to our support team it is really important that the subject line contain the exact name of the test as you want it to appear in EADMS with a due date at the end. This way our support team knows that these should be forwarded to the Assessment Department.

We typically complete tests within 2-3 weeks from the time we receive all documents. However, if you need a test sooner, add RUSH after the due date and we will do our best to complete them by this date.
