Custom Classrooms allow you to select students from multiple class rosters and group them in one class roster, or “classroom”, in iO Assessment. You can run any report and monitor progress of this student group. The Custom Class Manager tool allows you to view/edit/delete all the existing Custom Classrooms to which you have access. You can add students or delete them from a class, print a student roster, and share access to a Custom Classroom with other users.
Click the Custom Class Manager tile from the home page

2. Click Managers
3. Click Custom Class Manager
To view or print the roster for an existing Custom Classroom, click Print or View/Edit next to the Class Name. You can also add and remove students under View/Edit.
The Text-To-Speech Accommodation classrooms allow Items and Passages or Items only to be read to students.
To create a new class, click the green Add Classroom button in the top right corner.
Name your new classroom and add a description if necessary. Click Save when done.
On the Details page you can edit the Class name and Owner. You can also remove the class completely by clicking the red Delete Class button in the top right corner.
Next, Configure Access then Add Students to your custom class.
To Configure, choose the options that best fits your needs. You can also add users individually by clicking the Select Users box, search by Site and Username, then clicking Save.
To add students, use the filters to narrow your selection.
1. Check the box next to the student ID and name.
2. Click Add Students to save into your selected students.
3. Click Save.
